Verse was acquired in the Myles Garrett trade as a two-time Pro Bowler edge defender replacement. While he isn't in Garrett's caliber as a pass rusher, he has still been one of the more disruptive edge defenders in his first two seasons, positioning the Browns to maintain an elite defense despite losing the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
