Corum's emergence shifts Rams to committee; Williams' opportunities drop from 300+ to 200-250

Williams' dynasty value has adjusted downward due to a shift toward a true committee approach in the Rams backfield. Despite three straight seasons with 1,300+ scrimmage yards and double-digit TDs at age 26, his workload is projected to decline from 300+ opportunities (rushes + targets) in each of the last two seasons to a 200-250 opportunity range. This stems from Blake Corum's emergence in the second half of last season, when he averaged just over 10 rush attempts per game and logged an impressive 5.1 yards per carry—better than any single season Williams has achieved. While Sean McVay has long wanted to reduce Williams' workload, he finally has a reliable second option in Corum. Although Williams will still see the largest share of backfield touches, the decline in volume will hurt his fantasy value.
