Yahoo Sports NFL on Ollie Gordon

Gordon's breakout (100 yards, 9 carries) makes him the clear starter over Wright.

Ollie Gordon II had his breakout game and should be the starter moving forward. He ended up with 100 yards on 9 carries (11.1 YPC). Excluding the 53-yard run (using 'The Kalen Ballage Rule'), he went 47 yards on 8 carries for a 5.9 YPC average, which is solid. One of those 8 runs included a play where he was 'touched down' when he could have had many more yards. The source notes Gordon runs angry and with power, but has concerns about ball security, carrying the ball too loosely when going into traffic.
