Cincy Jungle on Joe Burrow

Burrow's target distribution shifts to secondary receivers if Chase and Higgins remain sidelined.

Burrow's passing targets and offensive role are directly impacted by the injury status of Chase and Higgins. Nate Davis notes that depending on how long the WR injuries linger, Burrow could be throwing to secondary targets Dohnte Meyers and Mitch Tinsley; Nick Shook highlighted that Sunday's loss to Jacksonville demonstrated Chase's value to Burrow and the rest of the Bengals' offense, underscoring how much the QB's effectiveness depends on his top receivers.
