Cousins playing fantastically at 38; exceeding expectations in Kubiak's first year

Raiders QB Kirk Cousins is playing at a high level and slinging it well; ESPN's Ryan McFadden notes the team should be competitive each week especially with Cousins playing at a high level, and NFL.com's Nick Shook states Cousins is playing fantastically. At 38 years old, Cousins is exceeding expectations in Year 1 of the Kubiak era and helping the Raiders stay competitive against legitimate Super Bowl contenders like Kansas City.
