Hogs Haven on Austin Ekeler

Ekeler's efficient opportunities raise questions about carry-count allocation.

Austin Ekeler has recently joined the Commanders roster and has been efficient with his opportunities. The source raises the question of whether it is time to pivot higher carry counts toward Ekeler as an alternative to Croskey-Merritt, given Croskey-Merritt's recent inefficiency (under 2 YPC in the last two games). Ekeler's arrival adds another dimension to the backfield depth chart and suggests the Commanders may be exploring alternatives to their struggling lead back.
