Cousins is executing Kubiak's offense flawlessly, leading the 2-0 Raiders without Bowers.

Cousins is operating Clint Kubiak's offense as intended and fulfilling what was asked of him in the offseason—a veteran quarterback to get the Raiders started. The source notes he's playing with no fear of risk, throwing no-look passes and hitting wide-open receivers for touchdowns, and the Raiders are 2-0 even without Brock Bowers to start the season.
