Jefferson's return (possibly this Sunday) critical; only 17 plays with Murray in four games.

Jefferson has been on the field with Kyler Murray for just 17 plays through four games due to injury and Carson Wentz starting two games. The source identifies his return—potentially this Sunday—as critical to offensive improvement, not merely for his own production but because his presence makes the rest of the Vikings offense harder to defend. Murray began building rapport with Jefferson in training camp, which should accelerate despite limited playing time together.
