Allen showed elite usage with Hall out; should produce more vs. injury-hit Browns

With No. 1 RB Breece Hall (quadriceps) out last week, Allen had elite usage (94% snap rate, 100% rush share, 72% route rate) despite modest fantasy output (7.7 points, 67 yards, 0 TDs on 14 carries, 2 targets). As a -1.5 home favorite against the Browns (who could be without DT Mason Graham with a knee injury), Allen should have more success this week if Hall remains out.
