Dane Brugler of The Athletic named Love his All-Rookie Team starting running back through four games. Love leads all rookies in rushing yards (223) and running back receptions (11) on 55 carries (4.1 avg YPC, 1 TD, zero fumbles) and 11 receptions (36 yards, 2 first-down conversions, 1 receiving TD) across all four games with three starts. Brugler notes Love hasn't created explosive plays yet—only two carries over 10 yards, none over 20—but expects that to improve soon, positioning him as the best rookie RB in his class despite being drafted third overall.
