Behind the Steel Curtain on Jaylen Warren

Warren's 7th-ranked yards after contact fits Steelers' inside-tackle run success.

Warren ranks 7th in yards after contact (3.23), excelling at changing direction and sifting through traffic despite limited long speed. The Steelers are ranked 3rd in EPA per rush inside the tackle (+0.12 on 39 attempts) versus 30th outside the tackle (-0.27 EPA/Rush on 42 attempts), and Week 4 was the first game where the team attempted more runs inside the tackle than outside. The source recommends the Steelers continue to skew more inside-tackle runs, which aligns with Warren's skill set and the team's statistical success in that area.
