Long on IR; Quitoriano replaces him as TE3, significant downgrade.

Long was placed on IR this week after serving as Arizona's third tight end with a strong run blocking grade (72.0, 10th among TEs); his absence leaves Teagan Quitoriano as the TE3, representing a significant downgrade given Quitoriano's lack of game experience this season.
