Negative signalRole

Steelers underutilize play action (21.9% rate) despite ranking 3rd in EPA on those plays.

The source argues the Steelers should ease Rodgers' load with a stronger running game diet and more play action passes. Despite the Steelers ranking third in EPA per pass (+0.42) on play action, they use it at only the sixth-lowest rate (21.9%) in the league.
