Moore has done an admirable job on punt returns (8 attempts for 128 yards, a 16-yard average) and has been reasonably solid on kickoff returns with a 27.5-yard average. That kick return average ranks Moore 14th out of 50 qualifying players in the NFL, a number that certainly suggests that no change is imminent.

Moore's 27.5-yard kickoff average (14th in NFL) locks him in as returner over Williams.

Williams is unlikely to reclaim the number one kick returner job; Skyy Moore has performed well in the role with 8 punt return attempts for 128 yards (16-yard average) and a 27.5-yard kickoff return average that ranks 14th among 50 qualifying NFL players. Williams' rookie kickoff return average of 25.6 yards per attempt was nearly two yards lower than Moore's current average, suggesting Moore will retain the kick return duties moving forward.
