Negative signalRole

Henderson's 42% carry share masks poor efficiency and receiving role.

Henderson was given a lead back role in Week 2 but hasn't been considered for that role a second time. Over the past two weeks, he has seen 42 percent of the Pats' carries and three percent of the targets. He has run a route on just 31 percent of the team's passing plays and does not have a goal line carry. Henderson is averaging 2.8 yards after contact compared to 3.0 for Stevenson, with a .19 rush yards over expected per carry (slightly better than Stevenson) but a 34.2 percent success rate well below average. He has one catch and is posting an abysmal .2 yards per route. The only thing Henderson has going is his health; otherwise he's an RB4.
