Penix Jr. has become central to the Falcons' turnaround with full locker room support.

The source notes that Penix Jr. has played a major role in helping turn the Falcons' fortunes around in 12 days, with the locker room fully behind him. This represents a significant shift from the new regime's initial noncommittal stance about him following his devastating knee injury last season.
