The Giants want Likely to be a featured player. He's drawn a first-read target on 34.1% of plays (11th overall, third at the position behind Bowers and McBride), with that rate increasing to 37.1% over the past two games with Jameis Winston starting. Likely is also getting a ton of slot work at 82.4%, where throws are easier to make and quicker to define. Only Malik Nabers is a challenge to his targets; Malachi Fields and Darnell Mooney aren't major priorities, and Cam Skattebo has just nine targets.
