From the article
Went from 10-107-1 in Week 3 to 3-27-0 in Week 4. That'll happen when your offense only manages to run 32 freaking plays the entire game! Wilson remains a great real-life talent who continues to project for double-digit targets in normal game scripts as long as Adonai Mitchell (finger) remains sidelined. That's good enough for upside WR2 treatment.

Wilson's Week 4 was game-script driven; projects double-digit targets with Mitchell out.
Wilson's Week 4 dud (3-27-0) was driven by the Jets running only 32 plays total, not a talent or role decline. The source notes Denzel Ward's presence is a minor concern, but the Browns did not shadow Ward heavily on other receivers (McMillan 48.9%, Egbuka 36.4%, Metcalf 25%, Washington 20%), suggesting the Steelers can get favorable matchups. With Adonai Mitchell (finger) sidelined, Wilson projects for double-digit targets in normal game scripts and merits upside WR2 treatment.
