Dawgs By Nature on Deshaun Watson

Watson's clutch play fueling Browns' three-game winning streak and first-place AFC North position.

Since the Week 1 disaster, Watson has been good enough when the Browns needed him, evidenced by the team's current three-game winning streak built on a trio of fourth-quarter comebacks. Head coach Todd Monken chose Watson as the starter over second-year QB Shedeur Sanders, believing there is little to no reason to believe the Browns would be in first place of the AFC North Division had he gone with Sanders instead. Watson's ability to execute in clutch moments has been the foundation of recent success.
