Montgomery's 2.5 YPC and zero TDs since Week 1 make him a TD-dependent flex.

Montgomery, acquired by the Texans to be their lead back with an upgraded offensive line, scored 28.9 fantasy points in Week 1 with three touchdowns versus Buffalo on only 79 total yards from 23 touches. His numbers have declined sharply over his last three games, averaging 2.5 YPC and only 38.3 yards from scrimmage. More critically, Montgomery hasn't found the end zone since Week 1, scoring just 5.2 fantasy PPG in Weeks 2-4. The Houston offensive line is not providing enough movement up front with a run block win rate of 70.9% (28th in the league), and Montgomery has seen only 10.3 touches per game over his last three. With his upcoming schedule (@TEN, @JAX, NYG), Montgomery is at best a touchdown-dependent flex option.
