Singletary inactive last two weeks after snap count decline from 25 to 15 to zero

Giants veteran RB Devin Singletary has seen a sharp decline in playing time and role; he went from 25 snaps in Week 1 to 15 in Week 2 to being inactive in Weeks 3 and 4. Coach John Harbaugh said Singletary wants to play and the team still values him, but the three active backs (Harris, Skattebo, Tracy) have defined roles in the gameplan that could change.
