Bell had a 68-yard touchdown called back due to a penalty I don't actually agree with. Malik Willis was shackled against the Vikings. I expect things to be a bit more free-flowing against a Bengals defense that has sent opponents into pass-heavy scripts.

Bell's TD negated by penalty; Bengals force pass-heavy scripts; back in play.

Bell had a 68-yard touchdown called back due to a penalty in Week 4. Malik Willis was shackled against the Vikings, but the Bengals defense has sent opponents into pass-heavy scripts, which should create a more free-flowing game. At $3,600, Bell is back on the menu against a Bengals secondary that allows scoring.
