I've touted Samuel since pre-season, but there has been a lucky component to the success, namely putting up 15.4 fantasy points with zero targets against the Cardinals. He's seen only 15 percent of San Francisco's targets this year, even though George Kittle started the year limited and all of the other WRs have been absent or fighting through injuries.

Samuel's 15% target share and lucky TD-dependent success clash with Seattle's tough D.

Samuel is a sit/downgrade in Week 5 with 50% started. Despite being touted since pre-season, his success has had a lucky component; he put up 15.4 fantasy points with zero targets against Arizona. He's seen only 15 percent of San Francisco's targets this year, even though George Kittle started limited and other WRs have been absent or injured. With Kittle and Christian McCaffrey now back to their old roles and Mike Evans perhaps healthier, Samuel likely needs a big play or TD to succeed against Seattle's tough defense.
