Monangai tracked for potential 1,000-yard season alongside Swift in historic Bears duo bid.
Monangai is off to a hot start and is being tracked for a potential historic first in Bears franchise history—two different rushers topping 1,000 yards in the same season. Through four games, Monangai and D'Andre Swift currently rank 96th in franchise history for duo rushing production, ahead of most marks from the 1920s and notably ahead of the 1970 duo of Ross Montgomery (229 yards) and Don Shy (227 yards). The source is tracking both his rushing yardage and rushing touchdowns.
