Joe Burrow (@MIA) sounds great on paper, and he absolutely destroyed the Dolphins in Miami in Week 16 last season (29 fantasy points). I'm sure he'll be fine against Miami's generous defense on Sunday, but he's ranked as the QB4 this week even though he could be without both of his stud starting wideouts.

Burrow QB4 vs. Dolphins but temper expectations if Chase and Higgins both out.
