Yahoo Sports NFL on Brock Purdy

Purdy unscathed through four games despite high scramble rate; biggest season surprise.

Brock Purdy has not been sacked through the first four games of the season despite the 49ers having the eighth-highest scramble percentage in the NFL, meaning he has had to evade pressure frequently. The source credits the offensive line and notes that Purdy could have easily been sacked 5-6 times this season; the fact that he hasn't is described as 'a Christmas miracle and easily the biggest surprise this season.' This durability and protection bodes well for his fantasy production going forward.
