Pearsall's speed not relied upon; Evans dominates instead in Shanahan's scheme.

Ricky Pearsall was expected to complement Mike Evans and De'Zhaun Stribling in the 49ers offense, but the source notes that the team is not relying on Pearsall's speed as heavily as anticipated. Instead, Evans has become the focal point of the offense, with Shanahan's scheme getting the best of everybody. This suggests Pearsall's role and target share may be limited compared to preseason expectations.
