Video: Ranking Every Week 5 Wide Receiver as a Sit or Start
Josh Downs high Vegas number, they're still respecting him and I still think he can be fine. Uh but I don't feel great about him right now. I still think he's like a low ceiling player with a high floor just attached to an offense that's not overly inspiring

High Vegas floor but low ceiling; uninspiring Colts offense limits upside.

Josh Downs has a high Vegas number and Vegas is still respecting him; Ryan Fenoi thinks he can be fine but doesn't feel great about him right now. Fenoi characterizes Downs as a low ceiling player with a high floor attached to an offense that's not overly inspiring, in the context of a run-heavy Colts team with Jonathan Taylor and light rain/wind weather concerns.
