How much of Bryce Young's resurgence (surgence?) is attributable to unpublished and probably spurious reports of him hiring Brenton Bersin as his life coach? I would say about 50%... I do think the zip and accuracy on his passes comes more from being more confident in the system and mechanically cleaning some things up.

Young's resurgence driven by confidence, mechanics, and mentorship; could be consistent QB1.

The source attributes approximately 50% of Bryce Young's resurgence to his hiring of Brenton Bersin as a life coach, with additional credit to mentorship from Nick Scott. The source notes Young has become more confident and mechanically cleaner in his throwing motion, making decisive checks at the line and settling into snap-to-snap flow; the source believes the improved zip and accuracy stem primarily from confidence in the system and mechanical improvements rather than raw arm strength gains. If stars align, Young could emerge as a consistent QB1 this season with flashes of Drew Brees-level play.
