Meyers compared to Ja'Marr Chase; positioned for expanded role with injuries

Zac Taylor compared Meyers to Ja'Marr Chase, saying "In terms of the make-miss burst to go get big plays, he's as close to Ja'Marr as we've probably had. Ja'Marr's obviously top of the chain there in terms of any ball he catches. He can go to the house. And Dohnte, I think, is probably next in line with that ability." In Week 4 vs. Jacksonville, Meyers stepped in for Chase and caught 7 passes for 82 yards. With Chase and Higgins dealing with injuries entering Week 5, Meyers is positioned to see the biggest role of his career; Joe Burrow clearly trusts Meyers, which will boost the passing game against a winless Dolphins team.
