STACKED’s take

Bech's IR status forces Raiders to rely on heavier personnel and Thomas.

Bech is on injured reserve; his absence as a good blocking receiver has contributed to the Raiders' shift toward heavier personnel sets, with Ian Thomas seeing increased snap share (31.0% against the Chiefs, up from 20.0% in Week 3).
