Kubiak's passing attack led by super veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins and tight end (apparently in name only now) Brock Bowers needs to be on point. Especially if inclement weather if it does pour. The Raiders will be without normal starting wide receiver Jalen Nailor (concussion) while the Patriots will be without its top two cornerbacks Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) and Carlton Davis (neck) and a third Channing Canada (hamstring).

Cousins faces Patriots secondary missing top three cornerbacks

Raiders passing attack led by veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins faces Patriots secondary decimated by injuries to top two cornerbacks (Christian Gonzalez, Carlton Davis) and third corner (Channing Canada). Cousins expected to exploit ailing secondary, especially with inclement weather (75% chance heavy rain) potentially limiting run game effectiveness.
