Former Buccaneers RB, signed 1-year $2M deal with Commanders. 2025: led Bucs in carries inside 5-yard line (8), took significant pass-work from Irving. Community notes Bucs let him walk cheaply and upgraded his role by signing Gainwell to 2-year $12M, suggesting either White wanted to lead a backfield elsewhere or Bucs wanted to upgrade the backup role. Comments: 'White is a good receiver and blocker, solid short yardage guy, but overall very bad rusher'; 'White was unplayable when Bucky was in'; 'maybe White really wanted the chance to lead a backfield.'
