Raiders edge rusher returning from knee surgery that initially led to a failed trade to the Ravens, who were fearful of the injury. Crosby is highly motivated and does not need external motivation; the fact that a team rejected him as damaged goods will drive his work ethic and desire to return to the field as soon as possible. The coaching staff and doctors will need to manage a player who is extra motivated to make his mark and prove his value.
