Bleeding Green Nation on Zach Ertz

Ertz's final elevation; snap count likely to drop with Goedert's return from injury.

Ertz's third and final practice squad elevation for the 2026 regular season; snap count uncertainty ahead with Dallas Goedert returning from injury. In the past two games without Goedert, Ertz played 19 snaps (38%) in Week 3 at Chicago and 14 snaps (21%) in Week 4 vs. Los Angeles, suggesting his role will compress with Goedert's return. The Eagles could have four active tight ends with Johnny Mundt and E.J. Jenkins also in the mix.
