STACKED’s take
Allen positioned as breakout candidate with Hall out against weak Browns run defense in bad weather
The source identifies Braelon Allen as the Jets' pre-game ball recipient, positioning him as a potential breakout candidate against Cleveland. With starting RB Breece Hall out, Allen is expected to carry the offensive load in a game featuring driving rain and poor passing conditions. The Browns rank 24th in the NFL in yards allowed per rushing attempt (4.6), creating a favorable matchup for a bruising back in bad weather. Allen has never exceeded 81 yards from scrimmage in his NFL career and has rarely been given the opportunity to lead the offense, but the source argues Sunday presents an ideal scenario for him to break out: bad weather, weak run defense, and likely early running game success that could lead to heavy volume.
