Dawgs By Nature on Deshaun Watson

Watson comfortable in shotgun but scheme limits run game and play-action effectiveness.

QB Deshaun Watson is more comfortable in the shotgun and has had some success, but the run game is impacted by everything being back so far; play-action looks very different with fewer outside zone runs, and defenses have a specific mesh point to attack; the Browns have had the most success when they move the pocket for Watson, something they could do more of under center with play-action boots and waggles.
