Cooks scored 7-yard TD in fourth quarter but part of limited receiver group; 4 catches, 37 yards combined.

Cooks was part of the receiver group outside Mike Evans that struggled significantly, combining with Deebo Samuel and Jacob Cowing for just 4 catches and 37 yards total. However, he did score on a 7-yard TD pass from Purdy during the fourth-quarter MVP-level drive that gave the 49ers a 29-26 lead. The source notes that despite the limited production from this receiver group, the 49ers were able to win because Evans dominated and the team capitalized on turnovers.
