Blogging The Boys on Jake Ferguson

Ferguson's 3-19 line and game-sealing drop highlight blocking and execution issues.

Ferguson's performance against Tampa was marked by inconsistent blocking and a critical drop in a late-game situation. He finished with 3 catches for 19 yards and dropped a catchable pass that became the game-sealing interception when Dallas was attempting a comeback. The source emphasizes that while not every tipped interception is the receiver's fault, Ferguson needed to secure the ball in that critical moment, and his ongoing difficulties as a blocker compound the concern about how heavily the offense relies on him.
