Avoid overspending on Shipley due to a poor offensive line and uncertain role.

Pete Nova is not high on Shipley, citing a poor offensive line situation and the potential for the Eagles to bring in veteran help or elevate practice squad players. While he suggests a 3-5% FAB bid, he prefers Kendra Miller at a cheaper price and warns against overspending on Shipley.
