From the episode

13 targets, 10 catches, 116 yards, and a touchdown, all while playing the role of receiver. I mean, I know he's a tight end, but he is definitely a unique tight end with a crazy skill set.

Bowers is a receiver-like tight end with massive target volume

Brock Bowers is a unique tight end with a skill set that compares more favorably to a wide receiver. He is heavily involved in the Raiders' passing attack, evidenced by a 13-target, 10-catch, 116-yard, one-touchdown performance last week. His route usage is similar to JSN's, which will likely lead to a contract dispute regarding whether he is paid as a tight end or a receiver.
