Horton playing 11 snaps against the San Francisco 49ers is about in line with his normal count this season, but only three of those snaps were on pass plays. One of those pass plays was a screen to Emanuel Wilson, so in effect Horton ran two routes all game.

Horton benched with 11 snaps, two routes; lost special teams duties to Jones

Played only 11 snaps against the San Francisco 49ers, with just three of those on pass plays; ran only two routes all game (one was a screen to Emanuel Wilson). Lost kickoff return duties to Velus Jones Jr., playing zero special teams snaps while Jones took over as the other returner alongside Rashid Shaheed. The source expresses shock at Horton's minimal role despite Rashid Shaheed being a minimal factor on offense.
