STACKED’s take

Negative signalRole

Hurts shows middle-field competence but inconsistency and protection issues limit upside.

Hurts can attack the middle of the field effectively, as demonstrated on under-center play-action throws, but missed 2-3 throws in the middle of the field earlier in the game; he also made a couple of excellent throws and showed the ability to execute when given time in the pocket, though protection issues and risk-averse decision-making at times limit his production.
