From the video

Kendrick Bourne assumes a pretty prominent role in the offense... if he can steadily be right around 20% of the targets, there can be enough volume there for him to be a flex worthy option.

Kendrick Bourne is a flex option in Arizona

Kendrick Bourne has assumed a prominent role in the Cardinals' offense following Marvin Harrison Jr.'s departure to the Texans. Despite a 59.3% route rate, he is a flex-worthy option due to the high play and dropback volume provided by Jacoby Brissett, though he is not expected to consistently out-target Michael Wilson or Trey McBride.
