Cooks is a top-two target for the 49ers alongside Evans.

Cooks is one of the 49ers' top two receiving targets alongside Mike Evans; the source notes the pairing sounds better in retrospect (2018 context) but the 49ers managed to survive in Seattle with both veterans, indicating Cooks remains part of the core receiving group despite current injuries elsewhere.
