Willis draft pick called major error; poor decisions and fumbles killing offense, likely benching looms.

Willis is viewed as a major draft error and ineffective starter; multiple fans cite poor decision-making, accuracy issues, fumbles, and interceptions as reasons he's killing the offense. He's pushing for big plays instead of taking what the defense gives, reluctant to use his legs despite that being a key strength, and is keeping the defense on the field too long. Consensus is he will likely be benched after another poor performance against the Jets, with a $39.3 million dead cap hit if released.
