The Giants' best playmakers are wide receiver Malik Nabers and tight end Isaiah Likely. It makes more sense to run the offense through that duo rather than the underwhelming running backs corps of Cam Skattebo, Najee Harris and Tyrone Tracy Jr.

Positive signalRole

Nabers and Likely duo should be focal point over underwhelming RB corps.

Top WR playmaker for Giants; returning from torn ACL and still finding his footing in 2026; part of duo (with Isaiah Likely) that received 33 combined targets in Commanders tie; source notes it 'makes more sense to run the offense through that duo rather than the underwhelming running backs corps'; Nabers' role as primary receiver alongside Likely is central to Giants' passing game strategy going forward.
