Positive signalRole

Moore's elite return production (2nd punt, tied 8th kickoff) validates Packers' roster investment.

Signed as dedicated punt and kick returner; made 53-man roster after clear early training camp indication he would. Currently ranks 2nd in NFL in average punt return (15.5 yards per return) and tied 8th in average kickoff return (27.2 yards per return). Recorded 63-yard punt return and 43-yard kickoff return in Week 2 against Jets. Packers' punt return ranking under Moore is highest they've achieved under current coordinator Cam Achord and exceeds any ranking achieved under previous coordinator Rich Bisaccia; kickoff return ranking (tied 8th) only beaten by Packers in 2022-2023 when Keisean Nixon handled returns full-time.
