Laube's pass-protection reliability earns him increased usage over Washington.

Dylan Laube has earned increased usage due to his pass-protection abilities. Head coach Klint Kubiak specifically complimented Laube as a "reliable" player, contrasting his role with Mike Washington Jr.'s reduced snaps. Laube's 2-yard rushing touchdown is one of only two rushing scores for the Raiders in five weeks, indicating he is the preferred back in the current offensive scheme.
