Arrowhead Pride on Jalen Royals

Mahomes backs Royals to step up with full week of reps; confidence in practice preparation.

Patrick Mahomes expressed confidence that Royals can rise to the opportunity created by injuries to Thornton and Rice. Mahomes emphasized that Royals has put in the work at practice and will now get a full week of reps in the game plan rather than limited action. Royals has 3 catches for 17 yards on the season but Mahomes believes consistent practice reps will enable a stronger showing, stating 'I have a lot of confidence in those guys' and 'we'll put them in position to succeed.'
